Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing - Maintain office supplies and inventory - Assist with billing and invoicing using QuickBooks software - Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness - Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Coordinate meetings and conferences Skills:
-Haitian creole and Spanish a plus.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to use computerized systems for scheduling, billing, and record keeping for Dentric especially.
- Strong calendar management skills to effectively schedule appointments and meetings - Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software for basic bookkeeping tasks - Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of documents - Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients and visitors - Knowledge of office management procedures and equipment operation - Previous experience as a clerk or receptionist in a dental office is a plus Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
